		<description><![CDATA[I looooove cauliflower, discovering how delicious and simple it was little more than 2 years ago. Just roasted in the pan with some olive oil and salt and pepper. It&#039;s so good I can just eat it off the pan before it even gets in a bowl! 

I just learned about that Broccoflower up there too! I think it might also be called Broccoli Romanesco. It is ultra delicious and beautiful to look at. 

Also, capers and cauliflower are always a winning combo!
