i don’t heat my oats the night before. I just soak them overnight and make sure there is plenty of water because my steel cut oats are thirsty! In the morning I just heat over low heat until desired temperature is achieved.

Theo’s bread and butter owns my heart but then I surfed on over to Divine and it wouldn’t take much arm twisting to get me to try their ginger and orange bar. Holy yum!
